7. Health Data (Apple HealthKit)

The App optionally integrates with Apple Health to import sleep data. This integration:

  • Is initiated only by the user — the App never reads Health data without explicit permission
  • Only reads sleep-related data (bedtime, wake time, sleep duration)
  • Does not write any data back to Apple Health
  • All HealthKit data remains on-device and is never transmitted externally

8. Your Rights

Since the App does not collect personal information, there is no personal data for you to access, correct, or delete. Your health data is stored locally on your device and you have full control over it.

  • Local Data Control: You can delete the App at any time to remove all local data
  • Apple Health: You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health

9. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information and can be used by users of all ages. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the App.
